At DINKY WORLD, we have an 'Archive' selection of mint and boxed Dinky Toys from the 1940’s, the 1950’s and the 1960’s for your viewing pleasure.
With over twenty five years in trading, we are proud to say that we had sold some of the Rarest Dinky Toys available on the market today to discerning collectors with our motto, "If you want the best, then this is it". Our speciality was the Foden and Guy commercial lorry, and in our time, we can say that we have handled all the correct colours produced in that range of commercials.
The 'History & Information' section covers the complete and definitive history of the Foden and Guy commercials. The 'History' section on page 1, the Foden, and page 2, the Guy, covers the very beginning of production to the very last models produced including the correct issue boxes for the models at the time. With this History information you should never be buying a Foden or Guy model on the wrong box again.
The 'Information' section on page 3 and page 4, covers other aspects to do with the Foden and Guy commercials including fake colours, what to look out for and what the other dealers will not tell you about.
The images on page 5 are a small selection of original factory drawings for the Foden the Guy and other commercial models
Pease take a look at the 'Archive' for what is just a small selection of some of the Dinky Toys produced.
